Orders

To place an order, browse our website, select the items you’re interested in, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your order’s progress.

Yes, we offer delivery services for most locations. Assembly services are also available for an additional fee. Please check our Delivery & Assembly section for more details and to see if these services are available in your area.

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, changes may not be possible. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

If your Material arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include arranging for a repair or replacement.

Shipping

All shipping above Rs 1,00,000 is free.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 6-10 Weeks. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

All Niveeta Corp. products come with a 1-year warranty from date of purchase on manufacturing quality.
Since products are made of fabric and wood, certain finishes and colours may appear different from the images.

We offer a wide range of products and services including Design and build, Pods, Office Furniture Chairs, Sofa and more.

We use very high-quality materials and top of the brands available in Indian Market. For custom orders, you can select from a variety of material options.
